In general, products are sent within two days after receipt of the payment. Delivery costs include the costs for the preparation, packaging, and shipping of the order. We recommend that you group your articles in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, delivery costs will be calculated on each separate order. Your order will be sent at your own risks, but we take great care in packaging your order.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you purchased, you can contact us within 14 days after reception of the product through email@example.com, and send us back the product, as far as possible unused and in its original packaging, so that we can arrange an exchange/refund.

The two-year legal warranty for hidden defects is applicable as of the delivery date of the goods (delivery note). As of the 7th month, the warranty cannot be applied unless the customer is able to prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Any complaint must be filed by mail through the e-mail address email@example.com.
